Are all exhibitors approved for the BEA?

All companies and individuals with a connection to the subject area are eligible to exhibit. There is no right to admission. Applications may be rejected without explanation.

Are co-exhibitors allowed at a booth?

Main exhibitors have the option to invite co-exhibitors for a fee.

To register. The costs will be charged to the main exhibitors.

By paying the co-exhibitor fee, co-exhibitors acquire the following rights:

- Company address at the stand of the main exhibitors

- Sales activity at the stand of the main exhibitors

- Basic Communication Package

- Entitlement to vouchers/guest cards (order)

- Right to promotional materials for exhibitors

- Price according to trade fair configurator

Do exhibitors receive admission tickets?

Exhibitor badges

One exhibitor card per 3 m² of stand space.
Minimum: 3 cards , Maximum: 20 cards
Valid for unlimited access during the event.
Additional tickets, available for a fee, can be ordered in limited numbers.
Maps can be generated in the online service center .
Note: Tickets are only required during the event.

After the trade fair, redeemed guest tickets will be billed to the stand owner.

Can I cancel my registration?

Bei einem Rücktritt von der Anmeldung (siehe auch die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen der BERNEXPO) gelten die nachfolgenden Annullationsbedingungen. Erfolgt die Annullation vor dem Versand der Standbestätigung, werden 25% auf die Standfläche, Minimalbetrag CHF 1‘500.00 sowie allfällige Mitausstellergebühren verrechnet. Nach dem Versand der Standbestätigung resp. einer Reaktionszeit von zwei Wochen werden 100% der Flächenmiete inkl. Mitausstellergebühren und Nebenkosten verrechnet. Diese Bestimmung gilt auch, wenn eine Fläche nach erfolgter Annullation wieder vermietet werden kann. Bestellte Dienstleistungen sind vom Ausstellenden zu entschädigen, sofern sie bereits erbracht wurden.
